The 5th graders in our school district have an opportunity to go to camp for a week every summer.Matthais does so much for us and has a lot of responsibility at home so I thought it would be fun if he went. He's never been gone for more than a night or two so this should be interesting. I can already tell that the house is quieter...not as much fighting and teasing...but I already miss his helping hand. I rely on him a lot and he is my built-in babysitter. Two of his cousins that are his age are there with him. I hope he gets the break he deserves!

Oh my heck! I had completely forgotten about Clear Creek! Good times! Justin's gone this week too and I feel your pain about missing that built in babysitter. Makes me realize how much I really depend on him.
Hmmm...I've never even considered how the flow of life in our home would be interuppted without Giana. Yikes!
