and I feel really good! but I also almost lept for joy when I realized I didn't have to spend a good chunk of my day running! My foot still hurts and for some reason my achilles has been aching but my toenails have quit hurting and my muscle feel healed. I am taking the next 4 weeks off of running to let my foot heal and I will be doing less high impact workouts until then. I'm starting P90X tomorrow. After 4 weeks I will try running again and will hopefully have enogh time to train before the half marathon in January.

I love your blog. I am so amazed by you. I laughed at all your talk of gray hairs and wrinkles. I've been 34 since February and think you look amazing. Actually, I think you look just like you did the last time I saw you! Plus, I personally, get exhausted carrying myself up the stairs, I can't imagine pulling off a 26 mile marathon. Way to go!
Hey, let me know how p90x is. I've heard good things about it. I'm glad you share the good and the bad on your blog. I hope this next year is better for you.
