The rebirth of the Purple Pig Pizza

For several months Nate and Brandi have been working on re-opening the Purple Pig. They have put a lot of time, effort and money into it. On October first they were finally ready for a dry run with the family. The pizza wasn't quite right but they continued to work on it before they're grand opening the next week.








It  was fun and very reminiscent of when I use to work the Pizza shop. I was *almost* a little jealous about not being more involved! I had some great times making pizza. And, I always say my claim to fame was serving Wilford Brimley there!
