After about a year of trying, Millie can finally tie her shoes!! I have to admit, I am not the most patient mom when it comes to these kind of things. That is why Aunt Shannon had to teach Matthais! Millie and I would work on it and then we'd both get frustrated; me because she just couldn't get it and her because she just couldn't get it! On Thursday we went to the library to get a book about bears (another post) and we found this great shoe tying book called Red lace, yellow lace, learn to tie your shoe! She practiced and practiced and by Friday she had it down! I couldn't believe it. Guess you don't need mom for everything after all.
