Party on!

Friday was the annual family Adult Party. We've done this for several years and we always have a blast. This year we were bummed because we were invited to party here in our neighborhood and really wanted to go but it was the same night. Just when we thought we were finally making friends...


This year was fun because we're getting nieces and nephews that are qualifying as adults and so they were there. I don't think they quite knew what to expect. You can read Brylie's take on it here. She brought a boy and was so nervous!!

We did the traditional white elephant gift exchange and I ended up with the one that gets brought every year...a five in one vacuum thingy! I think it has been at the last 3 parties and of course I ended up with it! We left it under Jayne and Jeremy's tree and I'm sure it will make it's way to next year's party!

I think it's really great that most of the family lives near each other and we get along so well. We have a lot of great times together!
