If you drove by our house on Thursday you probably saw the glow coming from our back yard. No, we weren't trying to land a helicopter; It was the first BYB with all the lights in action! In high school Adam and his friends would get together several nights a week to play soccer in the back yard of one of his friends house. They coined the get together "backyard brawl". Adam always dreamed of one day having his own yard for the BYB. In fact, that is why we bought the house on 3/4 acres. Adam listened to the voices and now the dream is complete with lights and stadium seating (our new and improved deck). All were lacking now is a PA system to announce GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAL and the dead soccer players. Maybe they'll come next time.
