First Millie, now Owen

Ian has been learning about the letter "M" and the sound it makes. Tonight as we were sitting at the dinner table I asked him, "Ian, what does the letter 'm' say?" He gave me his usual response of "noooooooooooooooooo!!!" and "ARgh!" Without missing a beat Owen looked at him and said "M says mmmmmmm!" Sigh. It was hard when Emilia started passing him. Now Owen is learning faster than him too. He can already count better and now he's picking up other things too. I am happy for Owen. I am so sad for Ian.

I wish I could put a frowny face on here. Do you think he really knows and just doesn't want to tell you?

It's really hard to say with Ian. He HAS told me one time. He is really stubborn so it could just be that. BUT, all of that being said...We've been working on it for MONTHS! Obviously plenty of time for Owen to learn it!

That's really good for Owen and super cute.. but definitely hard.

There is a girl in my class who is a twin but her twin doesn't have any disabilities. It is so weird to see the difference.

Maybe eventually Ian will get it and seeing Owen know it will make him want to do it too!

:)

Even still, Ian is so fun.. and to raise him with your other kids as well I think you are doing a WONDERFUL job :]

I would chalk it up atleast partially to attitude, could also be 'performance' anxiety? BTW I love Jane's Addiction (been a while)
